Anubias Barteri Petite Round is one of the many forms available in the Anubias family. It is a relatively new variation that resembles a cross between Anubias Round Leaf and Nana Petite. Barteri Petite Round is a smaller specimen that sprouts rounded leaves, a trait uncommon to the more readily available species.

Like other Anubias, Barteri Petite Round is a great beginner aquarium plant. This genus is highly adaptable and will tolerate a wide range of aquarium conditions and water parameters. Anubias are epiphytic aroids, making them versatile with placement as they can be attached to aquarium driftwood and stones. This particular listing comes with the plant conveniently attached to a small lava stone and can be placed into an aquarium immediately. Alternatively, Anubias plants are capable of marginal growth and will work in terrarium, vivarium or paludarium-like enclosures as long as sufficient humidity is provided to prevent the plant from drying out.

Anubias are flowering species and will bloom from time to time. With many different forms, shapes, and sizes available, Anubias plants are a classic staple in the planted aquarium hobby! When placing Anubias Barteri Petite Round into an aquarium, we highly recommend providing CO2 injection when possible. While it isn't required, the plant will produce quicker and more robust growth!
