IMPORTANT: Our aquarium plants may vary in growth forms. Because of this, please understand how to properly transition and acclimate plant(s) into desired form(s). We do our best to thoroughly clean and inspect all plants prior to shipment but cannot guarantee lead bunch or potted plants to be free from snails and/or algae. Not your thing? Tissue culture plants are cultivated in sterile lab settings ensuring your plant is free from pests, snails and algae! These are young specimen that are grown in emersed forms. Gel should always be removed prior to planting.

LIVE PLANTS ARE SUSCEPTIBLE TO STRESS AND DAMAGE FROM TRANSIT - This may appear in the form of minimal melt, leaf loss, cosmetic damage, etc. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for plants with viable root systems or that die out of our care.

Anubias Barteri ‘Wrinkle Leaf’ or simply, Anubias Wrinkle Leaf is a larger Anubias. Belonging to the Anubias family, Anubias Wrinkle Leaf is not seen often despite its common counterparts that are frequently used in all types of planted aquariums. Like other Anubias it can grow in a multitude of environments varying from aquariums to terrariums and most planted setups as long as humidity is sufficient. Anubias Wrinkle Leaf features larger rounded oblong leaves with a deep green coloration loved by planted tank hobbyists.

It also has a bumpy surface due to its veinage and slightly ruffled leaf edges that make it unique when compared to other Anubias. This plant is suitable as a midground and background aquatic plant as the leaves are capable of growing quite long. This Anubias variant is a flowering plant that grows best when the rhizome is attached to a hard surface such as wood or stone. It benefits from consistent fertilization but light requirements are minimal as its leaves are susceptible to algae growth when placed under high lighting. CO2 is optional but can promote faster growth and robust leaves when used. Propagation is straightforward; simply cut or pull apart rhizomes to be reattached.
