Echinodorus  Horemanii  Red is a variant of the classic aquarium sword plant that features a beautiful color spectrum. Possessing a unique growth pattern, Echinodous Horemanii Red's leaves are red when new and slowly turn greener as they age. Just like other aquarium sword variants, this aquatic plant should be planted directly into a quality aquarium substrate to encourage growth as swords are known for heavily absorbing nutrients via their root system. This plant can be grown emersed and submerged and is typically very adaptive to a wide range of aquarium tank conditions.

Propagation is simple. Separate and replant. Once established, regular trimming will be required.
