Hemigraphis Alternata Exotica, more commonly known as Purple Waffle, is a unique houseplant that is suitable for a terrarium, paludarium or vivarium. This plant features deep green foliage with bold purple undersides. Its foliage is crinkled in texture, adding textural and visual interest to the planted setup. Like other forms of Hemigraphis, the Purple Waffle plant prefers a consistently moist environment, but shouldn't be submerged in an aquarium.
