Lava Rock Accent Stones

Lava rock is one of the most popular, if not the most popular aquarium stone. These stones are meant to be used as accents in already established aquascape layout. Better yet, they are great for attaching aquatic plants such as moss, ferns or Anubias and Bucephalandra. It's highly porous surface provides the perfect foundation for moss and root development. Using cotton thread and tying moss and plants to Lava Rock makes plant placement extremely easy. The variety of natural colors that Lava Rock displays allow for this stone to camouflage itself in a planted tank when used for plant attachment. 

Approximate size is 1 - 2.5" per stone. Each order comes with 10 stones of mixed sizes and assorted colors.
