Lindernia Rotundifolia is a small aquatic plant that grows in tropical areas. Recognized for its round foliage, bright green hue, and strict upright growth, Lindernia Rotundifolia is a great aquatic plant for beginners as it has an undemanding nature. Lindernia Rotundifolia is versatile and will also happily grow in a different manner outside of a planted aquarium tank, often producing small bluish-white flowers and self-propagating quickly. This aquatic plant has minimal requirements but quality aquarium lighting should be provided to allow this aquatic plant to thrive properly. Similar in appearance to a well-known aquatic plant, Bacopa Monnieri, Lindernia Rotundifolia does best when planted in groups in nutrient-dense aquarium substrate. We recommend this aquatic plant in the midground of planted aquarium tanks and even as a background in a nano-sized planted aquarium tank. Lindernia Rotundifolia does not need CO2 injection, but it is always encouraged when possible. Similar to other aquatic stem plants, propagation can be performed by trimming the stems and replanting into quality aquarium soil.
