Ludwigia Crystal is a species that similar to “Ludwigia Inclinata” as it spans over the broad range of species that possess wide leaves grown submerged with coloration varying from orange tones to reddish hues. Native to bogs and rivers of Central and South America, it makes for a great pop of color in the midground of larger planted aquariums and as a background choice in nano tanks. When provided with quality lighting, CO2 injection and proper nutrients, it grows at a fast pace and will require regular pruning.
Propagation is easy. Simply cut the stems and replant into quality substrate.
