Potomageton Crispus is one of the few aquatic stem plants that can grow in fresh and slightly brackish water and can withstand low light and low temperatures. It has very unique shaped translucent dark green leaves that remind us of Bolbitis aquarium plants. When planted in higher light and CO2 conditions, this plant will become an extremely fast grower and will most likely outgrow other plants in a planted tank. It advised to trim it more often to control its growth in a high tech planted aquarium. Otherwise, this is a great choice for those looking to add a unique plant in a low light easy maintenance planted tank.
