Originating from Australia, Ranunculus Inundatus is a low growing aquatic plant that creeps horizontally by sending runners. Individual stems can be trimmed along the horizontal shoots and replanted directly into the substrate.

High lighting and CO2 injection are necessary to keep this plant growing low. Nutrient deficiency results in yellowing leaves and vertical growing thin stalks are an indication of lack of lighting. While thin leaves may hint that there is a lack of CO2. When kept in proper conditions, this plant grows quickly and will require regular trimming.
